• Researchers at Risk program (2-Year Research and studies in Great Britain) financed by the Royal Academy and CARA foundation (M. Bielova, Birmingham University, UK, 2002-2004; O. Ukrainska, Lancaster University, UK, 2003-2005).
• The Scholars at Risk, financed by European Association for American Studies (T. Starostenko, 2-month studies at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, writing a manual on American Literature, which is now released).

• CAPAS, 2-month grant for Research fellowship at the University of Heidelberg, Centre of Apocalypsis and Post-Apocalypsis Studies (G. Krapivnyk)
• Access (USA socially directed project for Ukrainian teenagers), 2025, G. Krapivnyk
• PAELT (Professional Association of English Teachers in Ukraine), financed by Hornby Fund (7 teachers from the department in 2024-2025.
