Shut Nikolay Nikolaevich candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of theory and technologies of preschool education and art disciplines of the H.S. Skovoroda KHNPU. Member of the league of composers of Ukraine.

Education:

Assoc. M. M. Shut graduated from the Kharkiv Pedagogical School (music department) in 1980 with a degree in "Music Teacher, Music Educator".

In 1988, he graduated from the I. P. Kotlyarevsky Kharkiv Institute of Arts (conducting and choral faculty) with a degree in choral conducting, teacher of musical and choral disciplines.

1993-1995-trainee researcher of the Department of Pedagogy of the G. S. Skovoroda KHSPU.

Defended dissertations:

In 2010, he defended his PhD thesis "Formation of creative skills of younger schoolchildren by means of musical games in the educational process" and received the degree of candidate of Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.09 – theory of learning (scientific supervisor – corresponding member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor Valentina Ivanovna Lozova).

In 2013, he received the academic title of associate professor Professional career:

Assoc. M. M. Shut has been working as a music teacher and teacher of an extended day group at the Studenetsky Secondary School of the Izyumsky District of the Kharkiv region since 1980.

From 1980 to 1982, he served in the Soviet army in Hungary.

From November 1982 to 1988, he worked as a music and singing teacher at secondary school No. 122 in Kharkiv.

M. M. Shut in 1983-1996 worked as an artist of the Chamber Choir of the Regional Philharmonic, choirs of the Institute of culture and the music school.

Assoc. M. M. Shut has been working at the G. S. Skovoroda KHNPU as a teacher, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the department since 1988.

In 1092-1993, he worked as acting head of the Department of musical education.

Since 2001, M. M. Shut has been working as an associate professor of the Department of aesthetic education. Currently, he is an associate professor of the Department of theory and technologies of preschool education and art disciplines of the G. S. Skovoroda KHNPU.

Assoc. M. M. Shut in 2009-2014 worked as an associate professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy of the Faculty of psychology and sociology of the G. S. Skovoroda KHNPU (part-time).

Assoc. M. M. Shut was a member of the jury of the All-Ukrainian competition of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine "Teacher of the year" in the category "Music" (2004, 2008, 2010, 2017).

M. M. Shut was a member of the jury of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in preschool education (2009-2015). And more than 40 other competitions and festivals.

M. M. Shut conducted more than 600 seminars and master classes on the introduction of Game educational technologies in the practice of all levels of education in Ukraine, near and far abroad.

In 1996 Assoc. M. M. Shut became a laureate of the All-Ukrainian competition of composers named after V. Kosenko (Odessa).

In 2006, M. M. Shut was the winner of the international competition of teachers "Teacher of the year" (Tambov, Russia, Nomination " Best Master Class»);

In 2009, M. M. Shut won the Grand Prix of the open all-Ukrainian competition of contemporary song composers "Crane key" (Poltava).

In 2011, M. M. Shut was the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition of composers "give children a song" (Kiev).

M. M. Shut is a laureate of all-Ukrainian competitions of game mastery in 1994, 1998, 2001, 2003, 2004.

Since 1993 Assoc. M. M. Shut is a leading expert in gaming skills, a member of the jury of many festivals and competitions of teachers and organizers and leading leisure programs in a number of post-Soviet and foreign countries.

Assoc. M. M. Shut in 1989-2004 was a member of the headquarters of leaders at the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, author of courses at the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical seminar on the organization and conduct of leisure and educational work in Ukraine.

In 1999-2014 Assoc. Shut M. M was a member of the Council of the International Festival "City of children's smiles".

Assoc. M. M. Shut author of musical projects of the All-Ukrainian Foundation "Good and Hope", (album "Under the sails of good and hope", 2002), "Gifted Children of Ukraine" (2002)

Author of all-Ukrainian seminars on the organization of play activities of children and teenagers of the All-Ukrainian Festival "City of children's smiles" (Nikolaev 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001; Krasnoarmeysk 2002; Kharkiv 2003; Kiev 2004).

Songs of the Assoc.. M. M. Shut was included in the anthologies of children's songs for pedagogical universities, music programs for primary schools of Ukraine (anthology for the 1st and 2nd grade).

Assoc. M. M. Shut is a member of the editorial board of the specialized magazine "Music director".

Assoc. M. M. Shut carries out a lot of scientific, educational and social work. Actively cooperates with schools, preschool institutions, institutions of extracurricular education and public organizations in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region, conducts seminars for teachers, directs research work of students.

The activity of M. M. Shut is marked by numerous diplomas and diplomas of the regional and city state administrations of Kharkiv, state and non-state institutions and foundations of Ukraine and post-Soviet countries for the introduction of creative game technologies, the implementation of youth policy tasks and high pedagogical and performing skills.

Assoc. M. M. From 2012 to 2017 Assoc. M. M. Shut taught training courses at the Department of Social Pedagogy of the Faculty of sociology and psychology: "Organization of game activities with a mass audience", "Fundamentals of eloquence" and "Fundamentals of scenario work of a social teacher".

Research interests.

Research interests of the Assoc. M. M/ Shut related to various scientific areas, namely:

development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of creative skills of younger schoolchildren and preschoolers by means of play;

teaching and upbringing of children by means of Game technologies;

development of game skills technology and mass audience management;

development of technology for organizing and conducting leisure events and event technologies;

formation of ecological artistic and aesthetic culture of students and students;

development of technology for the activity of a real Santa Claus;

formation of artistic and aesthetic culture of future preschool teachers

methods of teaching the basics of pedagogical skills in institutions of Higher Education.
