Cherniavska Maria Viktorivna, Candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Theory and Technology of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines in the Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University

 EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

The associate professor M.V. Cherniavska graduated from the Kharkiv Music College in the specialty “Piano” and received the qualification “concertmaster, ensemble artist, teacher” in 1998. In 2004 she graduated from the Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University and received the basic higher education in the field of “Pedagogical Education”, the qualification “bachelor of pedagogical education, teacher of preschool children, methodologist of a preschool educational institution, music director”. In 2005 M.V. Cherniavska graduated from the magistracy of the Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University with a degree in “Preschool Education” and received the qualification “teacher of preschool pedagogy and psychology in higher educational institutions”. In 2006 she graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University with a degree “Organization Management, Psychology” and received the qualification “education manager, practical psychologist”.

From 2008 to 2011 – studied at postgraduate course in the Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

2001 – defended the master's dissertation “Aesthetic education of children in preschool educational institutions of Ukraine (second half of the twentieth century)” and received the scientific degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 – general pedagogy and the history of pedagogy (scientific adviser – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Tetiana Petrivna Tanko).

The academic title of associate professor was received in 2013.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER

From 2005 – a teacher and accompanist; from September 2011 to the present – an associate professor of the Department of Theory and Technology of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines in the Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

Since September 2016 – scientific consultation to educators and methodologists of the Public Institution “Preschool educational institution (nursery-garden) No. 354 of the combined type of the Kharkov City Council” on the problem of introducing innovative technologies for the aesthetic education of preschool children in the educational process of preschool education institutions on the basis of the Agreement on Scientific and Pedagogical Cooperation of 14.09.2016 between the SKNPU and Preschool educational institution.

The associate professor M.V. Cherniavska is a member of the public organization “All-Ukrainian Association of Vasyl Sukhomlynsky”.

M.V. Cherniavska teaches the training courses “Musical instrument”, “Workshop for preschool repertoire”, “Methodology of musical education”; supervises coursework and master's work, teaching practice in preschool education institutions, scientific, pedagogical and research practices in higher education institutions.

THE FIELD OF SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS:

Scientific interests of the associate professor M.V. Cherniavska are associated with the study and introduction of innovative technologies for aesthetic education of children in preschool education institutions, the study of the history of aesthetic education of preschool age children as well as with the problems of preparing future educators for professional activity in the conditions of higher education.

She has more than 30 scientific and educational works.
