EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC TRAINING

2003 graduated from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv State Pedagogical University and got Specialist’s Degree with honors in ‘Pedagogics and Methods of Secondary Education. Language and Literature (English, Russian)’, qualified as a teacher of the English, Russian Languages and Foreign Literature.

 October 2003 entered the Postgraduate Program in the specialty 10.02.02 – Russian language, which graduated in September 2006.

DISSERTATIONS

Defended the thesis for Candidate Degree on ‘Stylistics of Letters by M.O. Maksymovych’ in speciality 10.02.02 – the Russian Language and got Scientific Degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER 

SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS

Text linguistics, epistolary discourse, lingvopersonology, methods of teaching foreign languages and methods of teaching and up-bringing foreign students.

EDUCATIONAL AND METHODICAL WORK

The author of 54 publications, which comprise 52 scientific works and 2 publications of educational and methodical character, 1 article is included in the scientometric database Web of Science and 1 article is included in the scientometric database Scopus.

Recently the textbook for first-year students in the field of knowledge 01 Education, specialties 014.11 Secondary Education (Physical Education) and 017 Physical Education and Sports of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports has been published: “English for Professional Purposes” – Kharkiv, 2020. – 139p. 

The participant of 40 scientific conferences in major of the English Language Department including: 1) І, ІІ, ІІІ, IV, V, VII, VIII, IX, X scientific and practical conferences ‘Methodology of Current Scientific Research’, Kharkiv: H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University; 2) International conference “Urgent Problems of Philology and Linguistics – 2017”, Budapest; 3) International conference “Sustainable Development and Actual Problems of Humanitarian Sciences, 2018, Baku, Azerbaijan University, etc.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

2015 – certified internship at the Department of Information Technology of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University according to the program ‘Use of Multimedia Means in Teaching Courses on Practice of Oral and Written English and Business Foreign Language’ (certificate №06 / 23-10).

2019 – certified scientific internship, organized by the Polish-Ukrainian Foundation “Institute of International Academic and Scientific Cooperation” together with Theological Academy of the University of Cardinal Stefan Vyshinsky in Warsaw and the Polish Foundation ADD (Warsaw, the Republic of Poland), according to the program ‘Academic Integrity: Current Challenges’ (certificate № DA - 004 - 02 from 08.02.2019).
