Mkrtichian Oksana Albertivna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Technology of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC TRAINING:

Assoc. Prof. Mkrtichian O.A. graduated with honors in 2003 from the Faculty of Music and Pedagogy of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University in the "Pedagogy and methods of secondary education. Music" specialty and received the "Teacher of music and art culture" qualification.

From 2003 to 2006 she studied in graduate school.

Defended thesis:

In 2007 she defended her thesis "Organization of social and pedagogical activities in out-of-school institutions of Ukraine (in 1920-1980)" and received the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 - general pedagogy and history of pedagogy (supervisor – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Lyudmila Andriivna Stefan).

Received the academic title of associate professor in 2007.

From September 2020 to the present, she is undergoing scientific training in doctoral studies.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:

From 2006 to present she has been working as an associate professor of the Department of Theory and Technologies of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

Since 2019 – research coordinator of the Faculty of Preschool Education, responsible for research work of the Department of Theory and Technology of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines.

EDUCATIONAL AND METHODICAL WORK

During her work she taught various disciplines, in particular, "Ukrainian art in the historical terms", "Theory and methods of music education", "Singing and practice of children's groups guidance", "Modern technologies of aesthetic education in domestic and foreign pedagogy".

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

Research interests – problems of the training of future educators for professional activity in conditions of the institutions of higher education, organization and management of educational process in preschool educational institutions, organization of social and pedagogical activity in educational institutions, Ukrainian and worldwide development of art education, research on theory and history of art, music; current issues of modern culture;

She has more than 50 scientific and educational works.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

From 2017 to 2019 – a member of the organizing committee of the "All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Preschool Education" (2017, 2018, 2019).

Since 2018, a member of the public organization "All-Ukrainian Association of Vasyl Sukhomlynsky".

Since 2019 – a member of the editorial board of the "Social and humanitarian scientific and creative workshop "New Course "" collection.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

2017 – certified internship at the Department of Pedagogy, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning. Topic: "Training of future preschool education specialists in higher education institutions of Ukraine"
