Solovyova Yuliya Oleksandrivna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor at the Department of Theory and Technologies of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines of G.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

Education:

Assoc. Prof. Yu.Solovyova graduated with honors from the Faculty of Art and Graphics of G.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University in the specialty "Fine Arts, Drawing and Applied Creativity" and received the qualification "Teacher of fine arts and drawing, organizer of activities in applied arts" in 2000.

From 2001 to 2004 she studied at the graduate school of G.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

Dissertation Defended:

In 2006 she defended her dissertation "Formation of the axiological culture of the future teacher" and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.04 - Theory and Methods of Vocational Education. (Supervisor - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Grinyova Valentyna Mikolyivna).

She received the academic title of associate professor in 2011.

Professional career:

From 2004 to 2006 – a lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Decorative and Applied Arts and Graphics of G.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

From 2006 to the present - an associate professor at the Department of Theory and Technologies of Preschool Education and Art Disciplines of G.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

Assoc. Prof. Yu.O. Solovyova - Member of the public organization "All-Ukrainian Association of Vasyl Sukhomlynsky".

Assoc. Prof. Yu.O. Solovyova teaches courses: "Painting and decorative composition", "Ukrainian folk toy", "Decorative art and basics of design".

Research interests.

Research interests of Assoc. Prof. Yu.O. Solovyova are related to the issues of improving the professional training of future teachers in the field of preschool education in Fine Arts lessons, and also forming the students' value system in the educational process of the Pedagogical University.

She has more than 50 scientific and educational works.
